Shipping Policy

At Sunday Fairway, we aim to get your golf gear and range finders to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders within Australia and internationally.



1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM AWST (excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order is confirmed, we usually dispatch it within 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your order has shipped.



2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Australia

We use reliable couriers such as Australia Post, DHL, or other trusted carriers.

  • Shipping fees vary depending on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
  • Standard delivery: typically 2–7 business days depending on region.
  • Express delivery: typically 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside Australia.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but please note these are estimates only.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.



3. Risk & Title

  • Risk in your products passes to you when the items are delivered to the delivery address you provided.
  • Ownership (title) passes to you once full payment has been received.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage once the items have been delivered to the courier or your address, except for items damaged due to our error.



4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier’s website.
  • Please note that some couriers may take up to 24 hours to update tracking information.



5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

  1. Check tracking to confirm delivery status.
  2. Contact us at Hello@Sundayfairwaygolf.com.au with your order number and details.
  3. For faulty or damaged items, refer to our Refund & Returns Policy — we may provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs if the fault is ours.

Note: For international orders, customs delays are beyond our control, and delivery times may be extended.



6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.
  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by inaccurate addresses.



7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain couriers or international destinations.
  • Some products may be restricted in certain countries due to customs regulations.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations if shipping is impractical, unsafe, or prohibited by law.



8. International Customers

  • By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your country.
  • Refunds for international shipping costs will not be provided for change-of-mind returns.
