Thank you for shopping with Sunday Fairway. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and international best practices.
1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the ACL.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand sometimes you may change your mind.
We may offer change-of-mind returns at our discretion if:
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery;
- It is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging;
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
If accepted, you may choose an exchange, store credit, or refund (minus any original shipping fees).
Please note:
- You are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the conditions above.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hello@Sundayfairwaygolf.com.au.
We may request:
- Photos or videos showing the issue, and
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
Depending on the situation, we will offer:
- A replacement,
- A repair (if applicable), or
- A full refund, including any original shipping fees.
We may also arrange a prepaid return label if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
4. Warranty Claims
Some products (such as golf range finders) come with manufacturer warranties.
If your item develops a fault after normal use, you can make a claim under:
- The manufacturer’s warranty (within their specified period), or
- The Australian Consumer Law (for reasonable lifespan of the product).
Contact us for warranty instructions before returning any item.
5. International Returns
For customers outside Australia:
- You are responsible for shipping and customs charges associated with returning an item.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered international returns.
Refunds will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the exchange rate at the time of refund.
6. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at:

Include:
- Your order number,
- The reason for the return, and
- Photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
7. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty or incorrect items).
- We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, or product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened range finders or electronic devices
- Gift cards or downloadable items
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Unless the item is faulty or covered by a statutory guarantee.
9. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund.
- If the order has already shipped, you may need to return it once received under the change-of-mind policy above.
